Best WordPress Facebook Plugin

With a WordPress Facebook plugin you can integrate Facebook to your blog or website or the other way around WordPress into your Facebook page. Trust me there are several advantages of doing this and everybody does it! Facebook is a social networking service and website launched in February 2004, operated and privately owned by Facebook, Inc. Facebook is close to have 1 billion active users. Users create a personal profile, add other users as friends, and exchange messages, including automatic notifications when they update their profile. Additionally, users may join common-interest user groups, organized by workplace, school or college, or other characteristics. This makes Facebook great for marketing in specific niches. Most serious bloggers and internet marketer are taking Facebook very serious and threat it as a medium to promote and share stuffs with their friends, followers and customers. Due to the popularity of WordPress it is interesting to have good integration between Facebook and WordPress sites and this is where a WordPress Facebook plugin is useful. In this post, I have gathered a Facebook WordPress plugin roundup that among other things will help you

  • Synchronize and display comments between the two mediums
  • Use WordPress as CMS to generate content for facebook pages
  • Easily add facebook like buttons, widgets etc. to facebook
  • Unlock content and downloads by getting likes from visitors
  • and much more…!

Besides taking the Facebook integration serious it is important that your site has the right look and feel. For most purposes a minimal wordpress theme is rather great. There are so many possibilities and minimal wordpress themes to pick from.

seems that the “new” facebook “security patch has wiped out many apps ability to integrate, I have been trying for 14 consecutive hours to get just one to work. It also seems like now you can NOT use your “page” ( note; not a profile ) to reciprocate with your blog or website.
:( I am very frustrated

Here is a new plugin for Wordpress that integrated facebook Comments social plugin and also has custom notifications delivered to either the author/admin/custom email address when ever somebody posts a comment. Its has many options to customize the way it works and is by far the most complete plugin using facebook comments on wordpress blog/site.

As Mark Z himself said, FB is a tipping point in human history. It is comparable to the invention of the wheel, the press, and radio. It will change the face of communication like blogs did – except much better. In combination with wordpress it is an excellent tool. I have a word press blog which was constantly bombarded by spam comments. Then I turned to Facebook comments. Now only real people comment there. Here is how I did it easily for my wordpress blog. http://www.johnvarghese.com/enabling-facebook-comments-integration/

In this post I show the benefits I already gained with this implementation of FB comments. http://www.johnvarghese.com/facebook-comments-already-proving-useful/

Hi, with all those great plugins it won’t be long fore you need facebook to loig in or do anything on the web. It looks like it is going to be the main key to unlock a lot features or grant acces to sites.

What you reckon will facebook stay or on the long run loose from new (to develop) social networks?

Cheers

Thanks for the post.

I have had Facebook Walleria on a site for about 4 months. It worked great for the first 3 months, and then it stopped working. Tried updating the code, sent from its developer. Not sure if this is due to FB Timeline changes, my site or if the plugin just does not work well.

Is anyone else having issues with Facebook Walleria not working? It’s been a month and I am about to drop the idea of integrating FB photos with this WP site.

I absolutely Love how you have the social share bar!!! :)

**IMPORTANT**
Can you please tell me what this is social sharing bar is on this page?
It looks like “Sharebar” but the big differences:

1. It is fixed and that is very attractive! No distraction!
2. This has a soft shadow giving it that true floating look.
3. The loading seems to be buffered allowing the page to load fast. Love that!

Where can I get this app and how did you modify it so it has the above characteristics.

If it is “Sharebar” by Monjurul Dolon then can you please teach/tell me how you modified it, please?

Seriously, I have spent a lot of time looking for a good social bar to add to my blog and this is the one I would like to have, so can you please communicate with me?
