Facebook’s new Timeline view. Most users have already shifted to Facebook’s most drastic changes to the service since the company was founded. Facebook Timeline (see the video here) is the latest feature that was introduced in the recent Facebook Conference, F8. It’s generally a complete overhaul of the profile page with the new ability to view your status updates in a list sorted by time, hence the name. Also you can use a developers’ workaround to gain access to the Timeline feature.
Further, It allows you to add a custom image for the header of the page, change the displayed information, and, thanks to new features Activity Log , manage all activities performed by its user (insert post pictures, videos, add friends, etc.. ), listed in chronological order, choosing what to display in his diary and what does not.
This new feature was made officially available to everyone last December 15. Once upgraded, you will have 7 days to customize your page, after which it will automatically be published and made accessible to all. For those who want to make it public before the expiry rate, you can do with two radio buttons at the top of the page for the new profile.
