I love the diversity and creativity found in web design. With hundred millions of web pages to compete with it is important to have a unique and compelling look and feel. There are many ways to achieve this and working with typography is certainly a good option. Back in 2006, Oliver Reichenstein wrote Web Design is 95% Typography and while everyone probably won’t agree I think lot of designers know that typography is one of the most important ingredients in creating great great and success websites. This article present a bunch of web sites that have designs making heavy use of typography to deliver the main message. Images are also a powerful way of delivering a message online. A lot of creative people use grid based web design to communicate and share their work. If you think this is interesting then take the time to look at the masonry style WordPress themes in this article. Please share in a comment if you know some good websites we should add to the list!

Creating great typography designs, for print or web are probably the most challenging type of creative artwork for any designer.

I believe, it takes just a little magic to come out with good designs but with typographical creatives, it needs a little more than just magic.

It requires a real dash of natural talent! Kudos to ALL the talented ones featured in this article!
