In graphic, web design and photography community, bokeh is very popular. In the artistic language bokeh refers to the blur, or out-of-focus areas in an image with an aesthetic quality produced by the blur. Usually bokeh is created using a digital camera but it can also be created using a graphic software like Photoshop. What really makes bokeh attractive is that it produces a fantastic or dreamy feel on otherwise ordinary subjects. Another wonderful thing about implementing bokeh feel on your designs is that, you need not really have to create it all by yourself.
