WordPress Theme Magazine

WordPress mangazine themes are quite popular and the availability of high quality themes is pretty good. TheSource from ElegantThemes is a 3 column WordPress theme magazine style that can be used for many purposes but it’s graphics have been  aimed at online gaming magazines. However it is an excellent pick for magazines with modern look and feel and it is easy to imagine that it will stand out with non-gaming images as well.  The three-column grid gives you increased control over your layout, and the full-width homepage slider creates a visual impact that is sure to peek your visitor’s interest. Let’s take a look at the front page of TheSource. As you can see there is a very nice and well integrated full width featured slider. Below this four category content boxes for showing fresh content. I have never heard of WordPress Theme Magazine and it seems so helpful if you are a graphic designer and you need ideas laying out a website. Anywhere where you can look for inspiration or even some design assistance is always cool and it’s great to know what resources are out there for graphic designers. From what I’ve heard, FIDM has a great graphic design program and helps give students the resources they need to be successful graphic designers AND I hear their career center is jammed with tons of connections too.
