Validation is a process where we check out the data against a standard or requirement. And if we come across the website validation phenomena then it becomes very important to verify the quality and correctness of web page code. Before launching any new website we should not overlook the check and test process for a website that actually helps us to ensure that whether web pages working or not with great looks. Validating a website helps in many ways. From making it load right / the same in all browsers to helping you in the SEO area.

Testing is one thing also that you cannot afford to take lightly. The reason is that even a small error left unnoticed can prove to be fatal for your website and the user experience. Question is how to do this best? In this article I will be featuring highly useful online tools for website validation and testing to make your life easier.



1. Checklink


This Link Checker looks for issues in links, anchors and referenced objects in a Web page, CSS style sheet, or recursively on a whole Web site. For best results, it is recommended to first ensure that the documents checked use Valid (X)HTML Markup and CSS.

2. URL checker


InternetSupervision is a service that monitors the availability of HTML, FTP, SMTP, POP3 email servers), supervises the performance of website and e-commerce transactions (including website forms) and provides website content supervision (cyber-attack monitoring).

Nice roundup. I especially like the recursion of WDG. It was a huge inspiration to me in creating html.validator.pro. If you’re still down with validation, check it out. It even does (machine) translations of validator messages.

excellent line up, i just found out about netrender the other day and it is truly an awesome site, I wish that you could actually test the site but just getting a screenshot can uncover and avoid potentially disastrous situations. I noticed alot of web designers avoid or disregard support for ie6 which I think is foolish, since you could be missing potential dollars.
