Nice collection, a couple of these I hadn’t seen before.
Regarding number 4 (Lightbox2)… maybe I’m missing something, but I don’t believe it’s available as an actual plugin.
Also, why would someone want to add Prototype and Scriptaculous to Wordpress, which already uses jQuery? Huge possibility for needless bloat, in my opinion.
