I guess WuFoo and Kontactr are most used and they are pretty good. The rest I haven’t even heard of…thanks for sharing!

http://www.emailmeform.com has great email based forms… very useful tool… free for up to 5 forms too.

Great article, but Forms on the Fly is a new addition! Unlike the other tools with Forms on the Fly it is very easy to set up automated, personalised response meaning it doesn’t just collect info but delivers it too. Have a look!
