The majority of bloggers use WordPress for their blogs. The iPhone app allows you to approve/disapprove comments, add new posts and edit pages. Very useful for on-the-go, especially if you need to approve and disapprove comments.

ShoZu allows you to connect with all your favorite social networks from one place. Great for bloggers who use multiple social networking sites to promote their blog. Supports over 50 networks including Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, Photobucket, WordPress, MySpace, Photoshop and all your email accounts at the same time.

The Analytics App gives you access to all your Google Analytics data at your fingertips.

5. Colorpedia
Colorpedia is an app for choosing color schemes and making good color decisions. With more than 200,000 color schemes to choose from, this app will never leave you pondering with colors again.

6. WhatTheFont
WhatTheFont allows you to identify the fonts in a photo or web graphic. Just take a photo of the font with your iPhone and the font will be identified in a matter of seconds!

7. Byline
Byline allows you to read the latest news from your favorite sites and blogs even when your offline. All your have to do is use your free Google Reader account to subscribe to websites you’d like to keep track of. Even when you have no internet connection, Byline’s offline browsing feature gives you instant access to complete web pages.

8. Abduzeedo
Ever in need of inspiration for a tutorial or post. Abduzeedo’s new iPhone app is full of new inspirational images every day, all of which are absolutely brilliant.

Wordpress is my favourite, I use WordPress for my poker blog so it was a natural that I’d choose the native WordPress blog.
Can’t you access twitter from anywhere anyway if you have an iphone? Clever apps though.

I personally think ShoZu is a great app. It actually has a lot of functionality.
These sound like great apps for the on-the-go blogger. It would be great to have the freedom to make your blog posts from anywhere with cellular coverage.
