Nice collection. There are some really great websites in this list.
I think some of them, though, would have been better flash websites. It seems like the designer/developer/agency wanted to push the HTML/jQuery a bit more, but it is no match for real flash programming. namely the following:

@jk, thanks for your input. Its true that you can do amazing things with flash, but in my opinion skilled programmers can acheive most of what is needed with jQuery and CSS. Simplicity is key and there’s an tendency that the design gets to complicated with flash simply because it is possible to do so much. If flash is used full site I think the programmer must be very careful to ensure that users that are used to html-based website get the great visuals but still feel comfortable and home (useability and accessibility…)
