		<description>I would also suggest dhtmlxTree (http://dhtmlx.com/docs/products/dhtmlxTree/) for tree style navigation. The component has good and stable functionality and clear desing. It&#039;s GPL licensed, though.</description>

It just handles the basic JavaScript actions for expanding and collapsing the menu, including a user-friendly delay before hiding (or showing) the sub menu. You can use your own CSS styling to create any design you want!
