Droid Font Family
Google’s Android project, an open platform for mobile devices comes with a set of typefaces from Ascender Fonts known as the Droid family. It has been designed to provide optimal quality and comfort on a mobile handset when rendered in application menus, web browsers and for other screen text.

The Droid family of fonts consists of Droid Sans, Droid Sans Mono and Droid Serif. Each contains extensive character set coverage including Western Europe, Eastern/Central Europe, Baltic, Cyrillic, Greek and Turkish support. You find description and specimen here.
Aller Sans
Aller Sans has been sponsored by the Danish publishing company Aller. The typeface was designed as part of the Danish School of Media and Journalisms new CI. It has been made available for free use and download.

Those are the most boring fonts I’ve ever stumbled across! They’re probably exciting to Angela from The Office, though…
I don’t think so that those kinds of font are boring because for me they are for professional types of website to be used on. Fonts are really important because they represent how your site would be if it is intended for entertainment or professional. To choose a good font is one of the critical ways for a web designer.
