After seeing few other sites, not all examples here look so nice or practical. I prefer onpage generated buttons with CSS. CSS3 has some cool new functions for buttons as I saw. Thanks for sharing anyway!

Thanks for sharing. Form and button design is not very easy to implement. It need’s to be as trust worthy and professional as possible.
