Everything is nice, but both JW and Flow cost a lot of money (JW -> over 300 Euro for a single domain license) and both charge some 200USD monthly fee if you want to run ads. There are few good alternatives like Projekktor http://www.projekktor.com DarkOnyx http://darkonyx.web-anatomy.com (my favorite one). Both are free and both can run ads. Oops, you don’t use list the new WordPress player up there. You use the old one. So does the Anarchy player. But the new Worpress player has a volume controller.

the Anarchy media player. It’s the one I use on my site. Only, the it uses the old WordPress player–in other words, when you download it, the .swf file from the old player is given to you. I’ve replaced the .swf file with the new upgrade that you give up there. In other words, I downloaded the new WordPress player, took the .swf file from it, and use it instead of the old player’s .swf file that comes in the Anarchy file.
